Prof. Pravin Mokashi is a renowned management teacher in the University of Mumbai. He was associated with ICWAI as a visiting faculty and has delivered a series of lectures in the well known institutions including Somaiya, Jai Hind, Narsee Monjee, Sydenham etc. He has been a resource faculty for the University Grants Commission sponsored training programmes for the senior professors of the Universities and colleges.

After completing his post graduation in Commerce (M.Com) he has done higher studies in Administrative Management from the Wellingkar's Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai. He has also acquired a Post Graduate degree (M.Phil.) in Management. Currently he is pursuing Doctoral Research in Technical Analysis and has advocated the Theory of Triple Trend Integration by using which, for the last 14 years, he has been advising the broking firms, high net worth individuals as well as common investors. He is a Professional Day Trader and the chief Technical Analyst of equitymonk - the Institute of Research for Tech-Funda Analysis. This Institute has been providing SMS services to the investors and traders. The Institute also conducts investors’ awareness programmes and training programs to impart skills in Technical Analysis.

Apart from Technical Analysis, Prof. Pravin Mokashi has done extensive research in Quantum Intelligence which is being used by the practicing professionals and executives in various organizations, some of which are B.K. Birla group of companies including Century Rayon, Crompton Greaves Ltd., British Gas, Global Tele Ltd., K.E.M. Hospital, and Tata Cancer Hospital.
